" Once I was deeply involved in The International Society for Intelligence Education (ISIE) which does research and educate for cultivating children’s intelligence. Mr. J. P. Guilford is the president of ISIE and the emeritus professor of psychology in University of Southern California. We worked on his well-know “Structure of Intellect” theory. What I have learned is intelligence develops when stimulated from outside and such external stimuli are effective only for children less than six years of age (kindergarten age)."
2. แนวคิดของการก่อสร้าง รร. เกิดมาจาก
...การคิดถึงความฝันของเด็ก ที่อยากมีบ้านบนต้นไม้ ไว้นั่งเล่น ทำอะไรที่เป็นความสนุกสนาน
กับการได้ไปนั่งอยู่บนหลังคาบ้าน มีลมเย็น ๆ และ พักทายคนที่ผ่านไปมา...
จึงเกิดแนวคิด ที่จะทำหลังคา รร. ให้เป็น สนามเด็กเล่น (ดังรูปข้างล่าง)
และใช้ทำกิจกรรมทุกอย่าง ประชุมสอนพุดคุยกันตอนเช้า กิจกรรมของโรงเรียน
ตรงกลาง เป็นบริเวณที่ออกกำลังกาย ทำกิจกรรม การเรียนการสอน
3.ห้องเรียน ที่เป็นเหมือน Hub ของสนามบิน
...ครูใหญ่ของ รร. นึกถึงห้องเรียนที่เป็นรูปแบบมีชีวิต แบบ สนามบิน คือ คนเดินทางแต่ละคณะ แต่ละคน มากันเต็มสนามบิน ต่างคนต่างคุยกัน แ่ต่คุยกันรู้เรื่องไม่ได้สนใจคนอื่น..
...ห้องเรียน ของโลกชีวิต ที่อยู่ใต้หลังคาซึ่งเป็นแบบบ้านต้นไ้ม้ เป็นสนามเด็กเล่นไปด้วย และที่ประชุมของ รร. ดังนั้นภายใต้หลังคาดังกล่าวห้องเรียนจึงเป็นโลกแห่งความสนุกสนาน ไม่มีฝากั้น กลุ่มใครของครูคนไหน วิชาอะไรในแต่ละชั้นก็จะสอนกันในสิ่งที่เรียกว่าห้อง (รูปแบบชั้นเรียน และโปรแกรมการเรียนดูได้ข้างล่าง)
...ครูจะต้องมีจิตวิทยา และเทคนิคการสอนที่เก่งมาก เพื่อดึงความสนใจของเด็กให้อยู่กับครูให้ได้
ทั้งหนดนี้ได้ นำให้ Fuji Inter'l Kindergarten ประสบความสำเร็จและกล่าวถึงทั่วโลก ถือเป็นตัวอย่างการเปลี่ยนแปลงการจัดการศึกษา ระดับอนุบาล-เด็กเล็ก (Early Childhood) ที่น่าศึกษาและไปเยี่ยมชมเป็นอย่างยิ่ง

Fuji International Kindergarten is one of the Long Day Care Centres on the Gold Coast, where children between the age of 6 weeks to six years, from over 35 different cultural backgrounds, gather together to play and learn.
Programs
Children learn through a variety of developmentally appropriate activities and materials, emphasising practical learning experiences.
The program provides:
a) a clear set of goals related to promoting developmental skills in children
b) allows for observation and assessment of the children’s individual needs and interests
c) nurtures each child’s self-esteem, from different cultures, values, minority groups, disabilities and children with other special needs
d) meets the individual needs of children from different cultures, values, minority groups, disabilities and children with other special needs
e) is flexible, balanced, responsive to the child’s present ability, interests and emerging skills at a pace to suit the child’s capabilities
f) focus on the readiness of the 3 Rs: writing and arithmetic
The daily program information is displayed for parents to read and is sensitive to the parent’s wishes for their children while they are at the Child Care Centre.
Our daily programs incorporate a wide variety of creative experiences which include:
• Musical appreciation and dance
• Health, nutrition and cooking
• Environmental awareness, gardening, their own vegetable, herbs and flower garden
• Carpentry

Momo Room (Babies)
In Momo room we believe every child has a right to be respected for their individuality and uniqueness. They have the right to learn in their own pace.We believe children who learn in their needs: will grow to feel safe, happy and confident. They will learn to respect diversity of race and environments, feeling and reactions.
We believe that by offering various ways for children to express themselves, they will learn to do so in a positive manner.
We endeavour to offer a stimulating program where children can learn in an unhurried way, though fun, play and interactions with peers and adults.

• Outdoor play
• Singing songs (including various body/finger movement songs)
• Art times- play dough and various painting activities
• Hand-eye coordination activities, puzzles
Bara Room (Young Learners)
In Bara room we aim to keep a sense of wonder alive by providing experience that promote and develop feelings. Your child is at the age where they thrive on discovery and learning. So we provide activities that promote:
• Self discovery
• Social/emotional development
• Cognitive development which enables them to develop
• Thinking and reasoning abilities
• Fine and gross motor (small and large muscle
Development) and one of the most – PLAY.
Play is a child’s life, and the means by which they come to understand the world they live in.
Kiku Room (Junior Kindy)
While your child is in our care, we aim to make your child’s day as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. This is achieved by stories, singing, dancing, perceptual motor activities, art and craft, outdoor experiences and most important-FUN.
During the time spent in our Kiku room we will be working towards achieving many goals these include:
• Basic self-help skills (toileting, feeding beginning of responsibility)
• Basic knowledge of manners and respect
• Developing social skills
• Extending vocabulary
• Primary colour recognition
• Counting skills of 1-10
• Increasing concentrating span
• Experimentation through a variety of different medium
• Developing self-worth and confidence

Yuri Room (Junior Kindy)
During your child’s day in Yuri room, we aim to help your child feel secure in an environment which is much like a second home. This is achieved by singing, dancing language activities, stories, perceptual motor activities, art and craft, multi-culturalism and outdoor experiences. While this is our aim, we also try to help your child extend their development in the following areas:
• Social/ emotional Development
• Physical Development
• Intellectual Development
• Creativity
• Technology
Sumire Room (Pre-school Kindy)
As teachers it is our responsibility to observe the children in our care to assess their abilities, skills and development needs.
Through observation we are able to develop Care and Education program that best meets the needs of the children.
The Sumire room program is based on Learning Centres, which provide a base topic or theme that is the centre of the program. All areas of development are planned though activities and experiences based on the Learning Centres.
Learning centres enable the children to become creative thinkers and lovers of learning, as they explore and participate in many different activities and experiences. Thus allowing our children to continue to develop and grow as unique individuals.
Satsuki Room (Prep)
In Satsuki room our main goal is to get our child ready for the challenge of school. This is achieved in a program which both challenges and extends the children’s abilities. Activities such as pre-writing skills, recognising their name, letters, sounds and numbers, cutting skills, and extending their concentration span are just some of the areas we develop in preparation for school.
We study different cultures though food, music and books as a daily part of our program. Creativity is encouraged though dancing, singing, many different art and craft experiences, carpentry, visitors to the centre and excursions.
Our aim is for your children’s day to be filled with fun and laughter, friends and joy, and for them to come away with the skills they need, to be happy, healthy and confident individuals who are prepared for their first year of school.
